Note: Structural characteristics, performance, and selection precautions:

• This type is a combination of the quick-detachable coupling with extended rear auxiliary chamber YOXv and the quick-detachable brake-wheel type coupling YOXEZ, incorporating the characteristics of both couplings. It is easy to align, install, and disassemble.
• The axial dimension is relatively long, and installation and alignment must be carried out strictly in accordance with the specified requirements.
• During installation, dimension F must be greater than dimension E to ensure smooth assembly and disassembly of the coupling.
• The overall length is determined by L = H1 + E + A + F + H2, and the brake wheel dimensions D1, B, and L1 can be determined by the user separately.

 Functions and Applications of Torque-Limiting Fluid Coupling

Functions: Provides light-load start-up, overload protection, impact dampening, torsional vibration isolation, load equalization for multi-drive systems, flexible braking, and energy efficiency.

1. The motor starts under near-no-load conditions, reducing starting time and starting current, and minimizing impact on the power grid.
