Note: Structural characteristics, performance, and selection precautions:

• This type of fluid coupling is a combination of the extended rear auxiliary chamber with side auxiliary chamber type YOXvs and the quick-detachable brake wheel type YOXEZ, incorporating the characteristics of both couplings.
• It is mainly used in working conditions that require ultra-soft starting, both power transmission and braking, and where the working machine is too large to be moved easily, thus necessitating convenient assembly and disassembly.
• The overall length is determined by L = H1 + E + A + F + H2.
• The overall length L, brake wheel dimensions D1, B, and L1 can be determined by the user separately.

 Functions and Applications of Torque-Limiting Fluid Coupling

Functions: Provides light-load start-up, overload protection, impact dampening, torsional vibration isolation, load equalization for multi-drive systems, flexible braking, and energy efficiency.

1. The motor starts under near-no-load conditions, reducing starting time and starting current, and minimizing impact on the power grid.
2. It allows starting with the motor's peak torque, thereby enhancing the motor's starting capability and avoiding the "over-sized motor for under-sized load" phenomenon. Compared with rigid drives, it can reduce the motor frame size by at least one grade.
