The CV Joint is mainly composed of core components such as the ball cage outer ring, the star-shaped inner ring, the cage and the force transmission steel ball. The ball cage outer ring and the star-shaped inner ring are firmly connected to the master and slave shafts respectively. The center of the force transmission steel ball is located in the plane passing through the center of the coupling and is placed in the raceway composed of the outer spherical grooves of the spherical outer ring and the outer spherical grooves of the star-shaped inner ring. The centers of the two spheres coincide precisely with the center of the universal coupling, and the steel balls are installed in the window of the cage.
