Jiangsu RSK serpentine spring coupling combines the high torque capacity of gear couplings with the flexibility of elastic couplings, making it a simpler and more ideal option among medium to heavy-duty couplings. Its quick-disassembly design completely eliminates installation and removal difficulties, offering a more economical and reliable coupling solution.

The tooth surfaces of RSK serpentine spring coupling are composed of multiple curved surfaces, which allow the contact area to vary according to changes in load. This design enables the coupling to better withstand load impacts and variable loads, ensuring greater safety during startup or under uneven loading conditions. Moreover, the flexible transmission of the spring absorbs a significant amount of vibrational forces. Its damping effect reduces impact vibrations by over 36%, making it a true shock and vibration filter for power transmission systems.

Aiming to address the difficulties and inefficiencies in the installation and disassembly of couplings, RSK has developed a brand-new quick-disassembly coupling. It adopts a tapered surface interface and utilizes several high-strength bolts on the end face to apply force, achieving both expansion and connection effects. This design allows for a clearance fit during installation while delivering the performance of an interference fit, saving over 70% of the time compared to traditional interference-fit products.

The conical spring is manufactured from high-strength alloy steel and undergoes a strict heat treatment process to achieve superior rigidity and flexibility. The spring surface is precision sandblasted to compress the molecular structure of the surface layer, resulting in enhanced wear resistance and extended service life.

The installation accuracy requirement for serpentine spring couplings is lower than that for general couplings. The spring can swing freely within the tooth grooves of the half-coupling sleeve, allowing for considerable radial, angular, and axial deviations between the two shafts. As long as these deviations remain within a certain range, they will not affect the power transmission performance, nor will they generate noise or compromise the service life.
