RSK-UL type Tyre Coupling is a high-flexibility, maintenance-free flexible coupling. Its core component is a tyre-shaped elastomer made of rubber or polyurethane, connected to two metal flange halves via bolts. It achieves significant displacement compensation and powerful cushioning and vibration damping through the radial compression and shear deformation of the elastomer. It is suitable for medium- to low-speed transmission applications such as conveyors, fans, and pump sets that require vibration isolation and misalignment compensation.

Our waterproof and dustproof tire coupling is designed to cope with harsh working environments and can still operate stably under harsh conditions such as humidity and dust. The coupling relies on the highly elastic tire ring to transmit torque, which can excellently compensate for the axial, radial and angular displacement between the two shafts, and has a strong adaptability to equipment installation errors and shaft displacement during operation. Its excellent buffering and shock absorption performance can significantly reduce the impact and vibration of the equipment during operation, ensure the smooth operation of the equipment, reduce the wear of parts, and thus reduce maintenance costs. At the same time, this feature can also effectively reduce the current peak during the operation of the equipment. Compared with other couplings, the reduction can be up to 50%, which helps to save energy and protect the electrical system.

In terms of structural design, it is simple and compact, does not require lubrication, and avoids pollution and maintenance troubles caused by lubricant leakage. Daily assembly and disassembly and maintenance are easy and convenient. After the main engine axis is aligned once, the main engine does not need to be moved when replacing the elastic element. The operation can be completed quickly, saving a lot of time and manpower.

This coupling is widely used in mining, metallurgy, textile, water pump and other industries, and can work stably in the temperature range of -20℃ to 80℃.
