RSK-AL type Concave tyre coupling is a high-strength flexible coupling. Its core component is a concave-shaped elastomeric tyre made of rubber or polyurethane, which is secured by being pressed between inner and outer metal frames. It utilises the radial compression and circumferential shear of the tyre to achieve high torque transmission and multi-directional displacement compensation. Its excellent buffering and shock absorption performance can significantly reduce the impact and vibration of the equipment during operation, ensure the smooth operation of the equipment, reduce the wear of parts, and thus reduce maintenance costs. At the same time, this feature can also effectively reduce the current peak during the operation of the equipment. Compared with other couplings, the reduction can be up to 50%, which helps to save energy and protect the electrical system.

In terms of structural design, it is simple and compact, does not require lubrication, and avoids pollution and maintenance troubles caused by lubricant leakage. Daily assembly and disassembly and maintenance are easy and convenient. After the main engine axis is aligned once, the main engine does not need to be moved when replacing the elastic element. The operation can be completed quickly, saving a lot of time and manpower.

This coupling is widely used in mining, metallurgy, textile, water pump and other industries, and can work stably in the temperature range of -20℃ to 80℃.
